Rope 2D from Inside Player

1. I have a circle player 2. I click at Mouse Position 3. The Rope needs to either generate segments as its being thrown or already be created and start moving to that position but also be affected by physics (so the front part of the rope would start curving downward) I see two issues: 1. If the segments are generated, how do you not make it look jerky? Adding the segments to the front will look bad, of course, and adding them to the back? 2. The rope doesn't act like a rope if it is all curled up. Is my setup just wrong? Here is the setup: ![alt text][1] ![alt text][2] Only idea I have is to create a piece, move it to the end of the initial piece, create another piece at that last created piece, move it to the end.
